JoAnn Lilek

JoAnn Lilek joined the Board in 2021 with more than 30 years’ experience working with corporate boards and executives in domestic and international contexts to implement transformational change that improves profitability and stimulates growth, specifically in the areas of, commercial banking, supply chain management, and professional services. Ms. Lilek currently serves on the board and as Audit Chair for the Datum One Series Trust and has had a long and distinguished career in financial management serving in CFO roles at Accretive Solutions, Midwest Banc Holdings, DSC Logistics and ABN Amro North America.
