Kathleen Caray Santos

Kathleen Caray Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Amalgamated Bank since April 2024, Kathleen also holds the position of Executive Director at MANIC Pte Ltd, a photography services company, since February 2014. Previously, roles included Senior IT Portfolio Delivery Manager at Singtel and Director of Customer Experience at MUSIC Tribe, where Kathleen orchestrated customer-facing omni-channel solutions. With a background in product development at companies such as Behringer Holdings and FBM Software, Kathleen began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Abest Communication Corporation, following a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science from Saint Paul University.
