Glendon Oon

Glendon Oon currently serves as the Regional Director of Food and Beverage Operations for Asia at Aman since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and Director of Food and Beverage at Zouk Group. Oon held the position of Assistant Vice President, F&B for Southeast Asia and Australasia at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and worked as Director at Genso F+B Consulting. Oon's extensive background in the industry also features positions at Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels and Resorts, IHG Greater China, The Westin Bund Centre Shanghai, Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, and W Seoul Walkerhill. Oon holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance from Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, and Marketing from UNSW, and a Diploma in Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
