Natasha Niklaus

Natasha Niklaus is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management. Currently serving as HR Systems Manager at AMAN since October 2019, Natasha has also held roles including HR Systems & Administration Manager and Human Resources Administrative Assistant within the same company. Previous experience includes the position of Internship and Career Coordinator at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and a Guest Relations Officer Trainee role at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. Earlier career foundations were established as a Front Office Receptionist at The Passage - Basel and a Food and Beverage Intern at VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa. Natasha holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Events Management from Swiss Hotel Management School, complemented by a Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland.
