Shereen Bong has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Shereen is currently working as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at AMAN, a renowned resort, hotel, residence, and lifestyle brand known for its exceptional service. Prior to this, Shereen held several leadership roles at Accor, including Vice President Talent Management & Employee Experience for Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Asia-Pacific, Vice President Talent Management for South East Asia, Japan & South Korea, and Executive Director and Director of Talent Management for Asia Pacific. Shereen also worked as the Director of Talent Management for Asia Pacific at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, where they managed the talent strategies for the Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel brands. Additionally, Shereen has experience as the Director of Operations for Asia Pacific at IFH Inspirators For Hospitality Management and as the Director of Quality at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. Shereen began their career as a Learning & Development Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
