Karen Montero

Karen Montero is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and operations management with a strong focus on platform operation and support. Currently serving as Manager of Platform Operation & Support at amana since July 2023, Karen previously held various roles at PrimeXM, including System Expert and Global Head of Support, where expertise was applied in delivering ultra-low latency bridging solutions to leading market makers and financial institutions. Additional experience includes positions at UnlimITed as HelpDesk/Desktop Support/Technical Coordinator and Telus International as IT Support Team Lead, where contributions were made in coordinating IT issues, technical support, and infrastructure projects.
