Karolina Slowikowska-Jaworowska

Karolina Slowikowska-Jaworowska is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in brand communications, internal communications, and corporate relations. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Communications at amana since August 2022, Karolina is also a member of the Polish BusinessWomen Network. Previously, Karolina held significant roles at HSBC, where impactful communications and strategic campaigns were delivered, and at Diageo, where corporate communications and CSR initiatives were spearheaded. Early career achievements include editorial leadership at Santander Bank Polska and a decade-long tenure at Reuters as Head of Money, Politics, and General News in Poland, managing a team and producing in-depth coverage on critical issues. Karolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta, a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and an additional Master's degree in International Relations from Sciences Po.
