Tim Martens is a seasoned executive in the senior care industry, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for AmanaCare, a faith-based in-home care provider in Nebraska, and as Founder and CEO of Beacon Home Care Consulting LLC. With over 20 years of experience, Tim has held pivotal roles including Chief Operating Officer at Caretech, President of HomeCare Advocacy Network, and Administrator at Hillcrest Health Services, where significant revenue growth and operational enhancements were achieved. Tim's expertise also includes a successful tenure as Business Performance Manager at Home Instead Senior Care and recognition as the #2 Hearing Instrument Specialist nationally at Beltone Audiology and Hearing Center. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
