Cody Lipps

Cody Lipps currently serves as Regional Sales Manager at Amano Pioneer Eclipse, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Ecolab spanned over three decades, during which Cody undertook several key positions including District Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Area Route Manager. Responsibilities in these roles involved collaborating with District Managers to strategize market share expansion through new business development, alongside providing sales training and performance tracking. Additionally, Cody achieved certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, managing significant projects that yielded substantial production improvements and cost savings, while also mentoring Green Belts through the Lean Six Sigma process.
