Mechelle Luffman

Mechelle Luffman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Amano Pioneer Eclipse since July 2017. In addition to this role, Mechelle has been the owner of New River Gypsy Vanners since 2012. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director at Daymark Recovery Services from 2016 to 2017, and working as a Probation Parole Officer with the State of NC Probation Office from 2008 to 2014. Earlier in the career, Mechelle held the position of HR Manager at Nautilus Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Gardner-Webb University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Agricultural Business and Management from Virginia Tech.
