Hoang Yen

Hoang Yen is currently a motion graphic designer at Amanotes. Prior to this, they worked as a data analyst at Viet Thai International - VTI Group from October 2020 to March 2021. There, they gathered and clarified business requirements, designed metrics and dashboards on customer loyalty and app performance, and assisted 2 ML engineers in partnership meetings. From February 2019 to February 2019, they were a delegate at the ASEAN Youth Engagement Summit 2019, representing the Vietnam team in forum discussion and action plan competitions. They also networked with student leaders, young professionals, and relevant organizations in ASEAN. From January 2018 to June 2018, they were a B2C outgoing global volunteer manager at AIESEC. There, they ensured sales and member development, organized internal sales trainings and branding events. They also achieved a growth rate of 33% in sales. From November 2019 to March 2020, they were a personal assistant to the CEO at Skyward Today - Hospitality & Tourism Agency.

Hoang Yen's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Foreign Trade University, a High School Diploma from Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, and various certifications from Coursera, DataCamp, Talent Generation Vietnam, and Lead The Change.
