Anil Bandi

Anil Bandi is currently serving as Assistant Manager at Amara Raja Batteries Limited since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Control Manager at Titanium Equipment and Anode Manufacturing Company Limited, and a significant tenure at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where Anil held positions as Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Scholar, focusing on mechanical anisotropy of rare-earth free Mg alloys and High-Entropy-Alloy development. Anil began a professional career as Development Engineer at ESAB India Limited and previously worked as a Welding Engineer at PeeKay Steel Castings, where responsibilities included welding procedure preparation, welder qualification, and inspection. Anil holds a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master’s degree in Welding Engineering from NIT Trichy.
