Srinivas K.

Srinivas K. serves as the Head Legal at Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd since June 2011, demonstrating extensive experience in arbitration as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since March 2022. Currently, Srinivas holds memberships in various prestigious organizations, including the International Chamber of Commerce Institute of World Business Law and multiple ICC Institute task forces, while also serving as an arbitrator for the India International Arbitration Centre, Asian International Arbitration Centre, Gujarat International Maritime Arbitration Centre, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Additionally, Srinivas is an external member of the Board of Studies for the Vignan Institute of Law and is active in the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and a Master of Laws in Mercantile Law from Osmania University.
