Beau Brouwers has extensive experience in the care sector, currently serving as a Senior begeleider at Amarant since July 2017, with previous roles including Persoonlijk begeleider complexe zorg and Begeleider complexe zorg. Prior to this, Beau held positions as a Versmedewerker at PLUS Retail from October 2012 to March 2018 and worked as an Afstudeeronderzoeker at Stichting Juzt for a brief period in early 2017. Additionally, involvement as a Studentonderzoeker at Lectoraat Jeugd, Gezin & Samenleving contributed to significant research on youth assistance. Earlier experience includes an internship at Stichting Juzt, focusing on gesloten jeugdzorg.
