James O Connor

James O'Connor is a skilled project developer with extensive experience in the renewable energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project Developer at Amarenco since July 2025, James previously held the position of Development Project Manager at British Solar Renewables from November 2023 to July 2025. Prior roles include Development Manager at Sheen Lane Developments Ltd, Project Manager at J.F. Flynn Construction Ltd, and various positions at Gerry O'Connor Bar & Lounge, including Bartender and Administrator. James’s early career involved roles as a Machine Operator, General Operative, and Heavy Machinery Operator. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Property Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Limerick.
