Shane Ferrell

Shane Ferrell currently serves as Vice President and Assistant IT Director of Innovation & Solutions at Amarillo National Bank, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes serving as CTO and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at BOC Bank and Vice President of Product Strategy & Innovation at CSI, where significant contributions included co-leading the creation of a new business line focused on open banking and driving innovation strategies. Shane has a proven track record in growing digital banking revenue and leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement new products and services. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Marketing from West Texas A&M University. Shane has also held leadership roles in professional organizations, notably as Chair of the CIDM Industrial Advisory Board.
