Cavidan Ozdemir

Cavidan Ozdemir has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources (HR). They have held various managerial and leadership roles in reputable companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2004, Cavidan worked as an Experienced Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. They then moved on to Borusan Holding in 2006, where they served as an HR Assistant Manager and later as a 6 Sigma Project Manager (Black Belt).

In 2007, Cavidan joined Vodafone, where they held multiple roles, including HR Senior Business Partner for Commercial Functions, HR Center of Expertise Senior Manager, and Talent and Capability Senior Manager.

After their time at Vodafone, Cavidan worked at Microsoft as the Head of HR from 2011 to 2013. They then took a career sabbatical in 2014 before joining adidas as the Senior HR Director for Turkey & Emerging Markets North.

In 2020, Cavidan joined ACINO as the Global Head of Organizational Development and Culture before moving on to their current role at Amarin Corporation, where they serve as the Senior HR Director Mid Europe and Nordics and will later become the Head of HR Europe in September 2023.

Cavidan Ozdemir obtained a BA degree in Sociology from Middle East Technical University between 1993 and 1997.
