Kris Legg

During a varied earlier career Kris has worked for a number of client side organisations including Fitness First, T-Mobile (EE) and SSP UK undertaking the role of Project Manager in fast track expansion and refurbishment programmes. His hospitality experience begun with Kew Green Hotels in the role of Director of Property managing the property function through a growth period which included the completion of construction at Gatwick Marriott, assistance and subsequent refurbishment of acquisitions in numerous individual and groups of properties.

This period also saw the full refurbishment of circa 20 hotels utilising in-house team and external contractors, management and growth of the property team along through the sale of organisation in 2016. Following a two year period of consultant employment Kris joins Amaris Hospitality in June 2018 to continue the momentum in refurbishment schemes and assist in the acquisitions trail.
