Rachid Jelassi

Rachid Jelassi is an accomplished Technical Referent at Amaris Consulting since November 2022, leading a team of 13 consultants and overseeing decision-making processes within projects. Previously, Rachid served as a Geomatics Engineer at TITANE Conseil from September 2019 to August 2022, managing telecom projects including the deployment of FTTA/FTTH fiber optic networks in France and conducting strategic studies for telecom projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Rachid's technical expertise encompasses network route determination, fiber optic network design, and the use of various cartographic and programming tools. Earlier experience includes a role as a Geomatic Engineer at AGRESTA S. Coop., focusing on forest inventory using Airborne Lidar data, and work with the High Commission for Water and Forests in Morocco, utilizing satellite imagery for forestry inventories. Rachid holds an engineering degree in Geomatics from Ecole Nationale Forestière d’ingénieurs and a preparatory engineering diploma from the Faculty of Sciences in Tunis.
