Helen Wong

Helen Wong is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tax at A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. since May 2018, Helen has progressed through various positions including Vice President and Senior Director of Tax. Prior to this, Helen was the Director of Global Tax at Guidance Software, Inc. from 2008 to 2018, contributing to its acquisition by OpenText in September 2017. Helen's earlier career includes a role as Tax Director at Sun Microsystems from 2000 to 2006, which followed the acquisition of SeeBeyond Technology, and a decade-long tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co. starting in 1990 as an Experienced Tax Manager.
