Sal Montalbano

Sal Montalbano currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Tax at Constellation, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sal was a Tax Partner at PwC from August 1995 to June 2022, where Sal became a Tax Partner in 2009. With extensive experience in utility issues and tax accounting compliance, Sal has been an invaluable resource for clients, offering expertise in IRS defense, Form 1120 compliance, capital recovery, and regulatory services. Sal is recognized for a steadfast commitment to ethical practices and has contributed to numerous public company audits at PwC while frequently advising clients on specialized tax accounting matters. Sal holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University.
