Steven Reiner

Mr. Reiner was appointed as Executive Vice President, Finance Products and Ancillary Services of CFC in April 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Reiner served as Managing Director and Head of Consumer Investment Banking at B. Riley FBR, where he advised clients and assisted in raising capital in both the public and private markets. Mr. Reiner also served as Chief Business Development Officer of Great American’s Retail Solutions Group, a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY), providing leadership in a range of turnaround and restructuring situations. Previously, Reiner served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Skechers USA where his duties ranged from M&A advisory services to advertising as well as general corporate outreach. Reiner also served as President of Richard I. Koral, Inc. (dba Jessica’s). Reiner began his finance and banking career at Salomon Brothers and also held senior banking roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, BT Securities, Oppenheimer & Co. and Financo. He earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BS degree from McIntire School of Commerce.
