M R Mijba

M R Mijba has been working in the field of operations since 2012. In that year, they began working as a Health Program Officer at Tungel MD Health Care, where they were responsible for the Telemedicine & Referral System and Program organizing for health campaigning. In 2013, they joined the Associates for Community and Population Research (ACPR) at the World Health Organization (WHO) Project, where they worked as a Trainer & Team Leader and monitored and evaluated employee performance. In 2015, they worked as a Program Organizer at Grameen Communications, where they were responsible for maintaining global Communication health Center software, Telemedicine Project Development, Branding the project concept, and Presenting actual ideas. That same year, they also worked as a Project Manager at Telemedicare (Online Medical Services). In 2017, they began working as the Head of Operations at SMART HEALTH BANGLDESH LTD. In 2020, they began working as a Project Manager at PlexusD, where they oversaw operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision, anticipated and tracked operational and tactical risks, and provided strategic solutions. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at AmarLab, as well as a Member at HPMA. M also began working as the Chief Executive Officer at Priyojon.

M R Mijba obtained a Master's of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from the University of South Asia- UniSA between 2017 and 2019. In addition, they have obtained a BLS Provider American Heart Association certification from the American Heart Association in January 2019, a Graduate Entrepreneur certification from the Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation, and an Urban Innovation Challenge certification from BRAC.
