Katie Stevens

Katie Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at AMAROK Security as the Director of Sales Ops & Enablement, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Sales Operations Specialist at Electric Guard Dog from April 2018 to February 2020.

Before transitioning into the security industry, Katie worked as an Administrative Coordinator at South Carolina Children's Advocacy Medical Response System (SCCAMRS) from August 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for updating and reorganizing the database report structure and worked on drafting a database governance model and data usage agreement.

Katie also has experience in human resources, having served as the HR Manager at Muscle & Strength from November 2015 to August 2016. During their tenure, they managed day-to-day operations, posted new positions, conducted candidate screenings, and assisted managers in coaching and disciplinary actions. Katie also conducted employee satisfaction surveys and provided recommendations for improvement.

Prior to their HR role, Katie worked at the University of New Hampshire, where they held multiple positions. As the Advancement Services Operations Manager from December 2014 to September 2015, they managed all aspects of the department's day-to-day operations and HR-related processes. Before that, they were a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Advancement Services department from September 2011 to December 2014, providing support to the Associate Vice President and serving as the communication coordinator for the unit. Katie started their journey at the University of New Hampshire as an Office Assistant from September 2008 to September 2011.

Katie's early career also included a Special Projects Internship at Early Learning NH from January 2011 to May 2011.

Katie Stevens graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
