Fisella Mutiara

Fisella Mutiara has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Fisella started their career as an Associate Lawyer at Hendra Soenardi, where they focused on Banking and Finance. Fisella then worked at Triputra Group, where they held positions in Employer Branding, Culture & Training, and Corporate Legal Counsel. Fisella also gained experience at GO-PAY as a People Acquisition Manager and at Gojek as a Culture & Engagement Manager. Their most recent role was as a Sr. Culture & Wellbeing Manager at Bukalapak, where they achieved significant improvements in employee happiness and won the HR Asia Awards 2021 for Best Place to Work in Indonesia. Fisella is currently the Head of People Journey at Amartha.

Fisella Mutiara obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Indonesia from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended SMA Tarakanita 1 from 2003 to 2006. Fisella also received additional certifications including the Triputra Human Capital Development Program, Employer Branding, The DISC Code Workshop, and the Bar Exam from PERADI in 2012.
