Lily Chang

Lily Chang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Big 5 Sporting Goods since October 2021, Lily is also a Senior Advisor at Amateras AEA, leading Project Sunflower, which connects female C-level executives with investment opportunities. Previously, Lily served on the Board of Directors for JOANN Stores and held significant roles at Leonard Green & Partners, including Senior Advisor and Chief Portfolio Services Officer. Early career experiences include positions at The Walt Disney Company, Nissan North America, and Procter & Gamble. Lily holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
