Amatrol
Jim S. has had a varied and extensive work experience. Jim started their career in the US Army as an SGT in 1973 and served until 1980. Following their military service, they joined IvyTech as the Department Chair - Electronics from 1980 to 1988. Jim then worked at Amatrol as a Regional Manager from 1988 to 1990 before transitioning to Innovative Technologies in Education as a Product Manager from 1990 to 1994. Jim then embarked on a period of self-employment through Private Consulting from 1994 to 1996. Jim returned to Amatrol in 1996 and served as the Vice President of Curriculum Development. Most recently, Jim held the position of VP of Training and Partnership Development at Amatrol, Inc from 2018 until their retirement in 2019.
Jim S. completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Instructional Design from Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from McKendree College between 1993 and 1995. In addition, they attended Ivy Tech Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business, although the specific duration of their enrollment is unknown.
