Michelle Catalan has extensive experience in health education and medical assistance, currently serving as an Independent Demonstrator for Amazing Grass since July 2014, focusing on health education and the benefits of Green Superfoods. Michelle has been self-employed as a Child Care Provider since August 2013. Previously, Michelle worked at Starbucks as a Barista from November 2009 to September 2012. Early career experience includes roles as a Medical Assistant at both the Dermatology and Laser Center of North Shore and Dermuss Dermatology, where responsibilities included patient intake and surgical room preparation. Michelle holds certifications in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Olympia College and in Electroneurodiagnostic/Electroencephalographic Technology from Medical Careers Institute.
