Annie De'Ath has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Nanny for a private family and a Human Resources Tutor and International Business Tutor at Victoria University of Wellington. In 2011, they were an Administrative Assistant with Communications Unit at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in Victoria, Australia. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Project Coordinator- Learning and Change Networks at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Advisor - Leadership and Talent Hub at the State Services Commission and an Advisor, Strategy and Change at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Strategy and Support Manager at the Department of Conservation (DOC), a Sales and Operations Team Leader at AmazingCo, and a Head Of Operations at AmazingCo, where they designed and delivered unique experiences to help people connect more meaningfully with those that matter to them. Annie was also Chief Of Staff at AmazingCo.
Annie De'Ath has a comprehensive educational background. Annie began their studies in 2006 at Christchurch Girls High School, where they obtained their National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 1 and 2. In 2010, they moved on to Victoria University of Wellington, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, International Business in 2012. Annie then went on to receive a Management Honours degree from the same university in 2013. In 2015, they completed a Master of Commerce in Management from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, they have obtained a TMS Accreditation in Team Management Wheel from Team Management Services in 2015.
