Nell Gooch

Nell Gooch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and customer service management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Operations at AmazingCo since April 2019, Nell has successfully restructured sales teams, introduced performance incentives, and developed analytical reports to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles at AmazingCo include Global Sales and Customer Service Manager, Global Delivery Manager, and Global Experiences Manager, where Nell led significant regional launches and delivery verticals. Earlier experience includes positions at Flash Pack as Chief Travel Hero, The Prisma as a translator, and Deloitte UK as a Forensic Analyst, demonstrating a diverse skill set across various sectors. Nell holds a Master’s Degree in Translation Theory and Practice from UCL and a BA Hons in Russian and Spanish from the University of Exeter.
