Neil Pizzey

Neil Pizzey has been with Amazon Filters Ltd since June 1995, progressing from Manufacturing Director to Managing Director. In the role of Managing Director, Neil oversees the strategic direction of the company while fostering a team dedicated to advancing filtration knowledge and addressing customer process contamination issues. As Manufacturing Director, Neil was instrumental in expanding the business from producing solely filter housings to manufacturing consumable filters, significantly increasing sales revenue and workforce size. Prior to Amazon Filters, Neil worked at Delphi from 1988 to 1994 as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, focusing on plant purchase and manufacturing process design for high-pressure diesel fuel injection equipment. Neil holds a BSc in Engineering with Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
