Adam Shoemaker

Adam Shoemaker is a technology policy and governance expert currently serving as Senior Manager of Ad Policy at Amazon. They previously held the position of Oversight Board Liaison for Content Policy at Meta, where they played a key role in launching the Oversight Board and advised on content moderation across various platforms. Adam has also worked as Counsel at NPR, tackling a variety of legal matters, and has experience in both law firms and grant writing for broadband initiatives in American Samoa. They are pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Iceland and Harvard Law School, and have a bachelor's degree in History and Art History from Williams College.
