Ajoy Labroo is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in both the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Leader at Amazon since September 2021, Ajoy previously held a long-term position at Cigna starting in August 2005, where roles included Software Engineering Leader in Healthcare Analytics and Software Development Manager. Ajoy has a strong background in system analysis, design, and software development, having worked at Nippon Community Center as a Software and Web Developer and at Videocon Industries Limited as a Software Engineer.
