Ani Furukawa

Ani Furukawa is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as CEO of Powerful Quest Ltd while also holding the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Amazon from September 2021 to February 2024. Furukawa has a strong background in building and managing teams to address business and recruitment challenges, with previous roles that include leading the medical device practice group at The Ingenium Group and managing recruitment efforts for Medical Device multinational corporations in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
