Brandon Mixon is a Senior Program Manager in Launch Operations with Amazon, where they lead end-to-end execution of store projects across the U.S. With over 17 years of experience in retail operations, they previously held multiple leadership roles at Target, including Store Director, where they managed large teams and drove operational excellence. Brandon is skilled in strategic planning, employee training, and fostering team culture, and has been involved in numerous successful initiatives that enhanced performance and community engagement. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at California Coast University.
