Carla Worthey-Sewell

Carla Worthey-Sewell possesses extensive experience in talent management and leadership development across various organizations. At Amazon, Carla served as the Head of Talent Management Worldwide for Amazon Stores Tech, overseeing initiatives related to E-commerce Technology, Core AI, and Shopping/Search, following her role as Head of Talent Management for International Consumer Central Teams. Prior to Amazon, Carla held multiple positions at HCA, including AVP of Key Talent Acquisition & Development, where responsibilities encompassed executive development and talent management, as well as AVP of Talent Analytics. Carla's early career included roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals focused on leadership development. In addition to a long-standing commitment to executive education as a faculty member at Belmont University, Carla holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Belmont University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University.
