Daksha Y. is a Ph.D. holder and currently serves as a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Daksha was a Scientist at Signify from 2019 to 2021. They also gained research experience as a Visiting Researcher at the Computer Vision Lab at the University of Sassari in 2012, and as a Research Associate at IIIT Delhi in 2013. Additionally, Daksha worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Worker at West Virginia University in 2014.
