Dale Henderson

Dale Henderson is a Principal Research Scientist at Amazon, where they lead a small team tackling complex problems at the intersection of supply chain and robotics. Previously, Dale served as a Senior Operations Research Scientist at Amazon, an Operations Research Analyst and Professor of Systems Engineering with the United States Army, and an Operations Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Dale has a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. With extensive expertise in optimization solutions and programming, Dale is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and solving real-world challenges.
