Erica Resnick

Erica Resnick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Amazon since July 2022, Erica previously held several leadership roles at Mars from December 2013 to June 2022, including Global Head of Learning and HR Director for various functions. Erica's earlier career includes significant roles at Mars Chocolate North America, Avaya, and AT&T, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, performance management, and leadership development. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 1999.
