Himanshu Toshniwal

Himanshu Toshniwal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global finance operations and management. Currently serving as Director of Finance Operation Accounting and Analytics at Amazon since September 2022, Himanshu leads a team of over 300 members across multiple countries, overseeing critical areas such as closing, reporting, and analytics for a substantial portion of Amazon's balance sheet. Prior to Amazon, Himanshu held several key positions at Credit Suisse from May 2008 to September 2022, including Director of Finance and Vice President for Finance, where responsibilities spanned finance transition management, policy implementation, and legal entity controllership for significant assets. Earlier experience includes roles at GENPACT, Oracle India, Sterlite Industries, and completing articleship at M/s Lodha & Co. Himanshu is also Six Sigma Lean and Green Belt trained and holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
