Igors Stepanovs

Igors Stepanovs is a cryptographer with a PhD in computer science and expertise at the intersection of software development and cryptography. They previously worked as a programmer at Syncrosoft and whiteCryption, and as a system analyst at DnB NORD Banka. Igors also served as a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zürich in the Applied Cryptography Group and taught programming to high school students. They are currently employed as an applied scientist and software development engineer at Amazon, continuing to apply their cryptographic knowledge to real-world software security analysis.
