Jennifer Kearney

Jennifer Kearney is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Amazon from February 2019 to May 2023. As the Director of People eXperience & Tech for UK and Republic of Ireland Operations, Jennifer led HR for a workforce of 70,000 across more than 100 locations. Prior positions included Director of Human Resources for Amazon Transportation Services across Europe and Senior Human Resource Manager for Operations in the EU. Jennifer's earlier career at Target spanned from September 2011 to June 2017, where roles such as District Manager and Operations Director encompassed managing sales, profitability, and employee engagement in a large territory.
