Joe West II CPT (Ret) is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Amazon, Joe has achieved a 99.33% first-time delivery success rate while managing the delivery of over 25 million packages annually. Previous roles include Facility Maintenance Director at YMCA of Greater San Antonio, overseeing the maintenance of facilities for over 30,000 visitors, and various leadership positions in the US Army, where Joe excelled in logistical operations and team management, significantly enhancing performance and efficiency. Joe holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science from Hampton University.
