Joshua Burleson

Joshua Burleson is a Principal Technical Program Manager for Project Kuiper at Amazon, where they focus on building and deploying a broadband satellite internet constellation. Previously, they served as Chief Engineer for the Core Stage of the Space Launch System at Boeing, ensuring technical integrity and managing performance throughout multiple phases of development. Joshua has held various engineering roles at Boeing, including Deputy Chief Engineer for the Exploration Upper Stage and Design Lead for the BCA Engineering Integration & Affordability team, where their efforts in cost-reduction strategies yielded significant savings. They hold a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Security from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama, along with a Graduate Certificate in Model Based Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
