Kailey Gonzales

Kailey Gonzales (Erlich) has accumulated extensive experience in styling, customer service, marketing, and communications across multiple industries. Most recently, at Amazon, Kailey worked as a Program Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, focusing on recruitment campaigns and rebranding initiatives. Previous roles include Stylist at Stitch Fix, where client relationships and personalized service were priorities, and a Communications Associate/Employee Store Manager at ASML, recognized for implementing revenue-generating employee programs. Kailey also gained relevant experience in supply chain management at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and customer service at Topcon Positioning Systems. An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Kailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on professional writing and psychology.
