Kelsey Szot

Kelsey Szot is a seasoned product leader with a diverse background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Product team member at Amazon since June 2024, Kelsey previously co-founded and led Adept AI Labs as President from January 2022 to June 2024, overseeing product, design, go-to-market strategies, and operational teams. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Product Manager for distributed training and large model production at Google from 2020 to 2022 and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Kelsey has held data science internships at Cricket's Circle and Declara, as well as a summer analyst position at Goldman Sachs. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical and Computational Science, both from Stanford University.
