Mallika Mallik

Mallika Mallik is an Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing the EU, APAC, IN/AU, and MX/BR regions within the Andon and RBS divisions. With a strong background in technical account management and content operations, Mallika has effectively managed cross-functional teams and led complex projects, including the launch of new marketplaces and automation initiatives. Mallika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Marketing, both from Brindavan College. Prior to Amazon, Mallika gained experience at Infosys and TTK Services, focusing on client relationships and operational efficiency.
