Marcelo Saravia is currently the Regional Human Resources Director at Amazon, overseeing talent acquisition across North, Central, and South America, while also managing the ramp-up of Amazon's Warehouse Stores and AMAZON126 concept Hubs in Central America. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and a proven track record in the construction industry, Marcelo excels at sourcing hard-to-find candidates and building strong partnerships with business owners and hiring managers. Previously, Marcelo served as the Talent Relations Director at Vanguard Executives and is now also the Director of Business Development at Espacio360 inmobiliaria, focusing on strategic business development and client relationships in the real estate sector. Marcelo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from York University.
