Kellie LePage began their work experience at LCB Senior Living, LLC in 2019, where they held a role in Marketing and Human Resources from May to September of that year. Kellie then moved on to take on various leadership roles within the company, starting as a Regional Talent Leader in July 2021 and eventually progressing to the position of Senior Regional Talent Leader & Regional Director of Human Resources in January 2024.
Kellie LePage completed their high school education at East Greenwich High School from 2012 to 2016. Kellie then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island from 2016 to 2020.
