Monika Ruseva

Monika Ruseva is a Senior Program Manager and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in HR and legal fields, including global talent acquisition and leadership development. Monika previously served as a Legal Adviser at CEZ Bulgaria EAD and held multiple roles at Amazon, where they focused on EMEA Student Programs. Monika also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Amatheon Agri Holding N.V. and has an MBA in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski as well as a course in English and European Union Law from the British Law Centre, Cambridge. Monika actively mentors women in their career transitions as a CTA Certified Coach and is currently the President at The NETWORK-Luxembourg.
